After the conference from Premier Daniel Andrews on 3rd August 2020 regarding Victoria’s State of Disaster, we would like to reassure our customers that we will be continuing to operate with strict hygienic measures. We can currently only do the following
1. Emergency repair - your door is damaged and needs to be fixed/replaced. It poses a security risk to your home
2. Installation of new garage doors on vacant homes only, or if the door is being replaced due to damage
If you have a measure and quote, or a garage installation booked in the coming 6 weeks we will be doing the following:
All our technicians will be wearing masks
We ask that you remain in your home and have the garage accessible for when our technician arrives
Our technician will call you directly to discuss options
We are requesting that all payments be made via bank transfer or PayPal, to minimise contact. We will be offering Payment Plans upon our customer’s requests.
If you have a supply only order, you must wear a mask at our factory. We will not be serving customer’s who are without a face mask.
We have confirmed with our manufacturers and our turnaround time will continue to be 2 -3 weeks for roller doors, and 3 – 4 weeks for panel doors.
We will no longer be allowing customers to come inside our factory to view designs or colours in person. All colours and designs can be viewed online with a digital brochure (please email us for a digital copy).
What is the return policy?
If you have purchased a motor through our Online Store and it is damaged or faulty, you can request a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchasing. The defect motor must be returned to our factory and then we will issue refund/replacement.
If you are not satisfied with a garage door we have installed please contact us within 30 days of installation. We can offer to repair the garage door or replace it.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind (e.g. don't like the colour).
What are our Warranties?
All our doors come with a 20,000 spring cycle warranty through the manufacturer. If there is an issue with the door please contact us or the manufacturer directly.
We also can offer you an additional 3 year workmanship warranty upon your request.
Some of our manufacturers request our reseller number to apply for a warranty. We currently do not have a number but recommend listing our business name instead.
How long will it take until my door is installed?
After we have received your deposit we proceed with ordering the door through our manufacturer.
Due to COVID-19 there is currently a 2-3 week turnaround time with roller doors, and a 3-4 week turnaround time for sectional doors.
How can I pay for my order?
We currently except cash or bank transfer as payment.
If you wish to pay by Credit Card please contact us and we can arrange payment through Paypal. There is currently 2.3% surcharge for credit cards.
